Streaming Media provides instantaneous and a continuous view of video or presentations, similar to TV or VCR, along with voice and music rather than waiting a long time to download large files.

To view these Shows you must have Real Player Version 8 installed on your computer. The free RealPlayer 8 Basic.     When you click here to obtain look at the bottom left for the free version.

Once you have Real Player installed you are ready.  We would suggest that you set the "View" on the Real Player menu to Compact.

(Note with dialup 28.8 & 56 kbps the Player will initially buffer and may take up to 55 sec to start)

Note: The quality of the videos shown below depends on the speed of your connection to the Internet, the screen size and how it is processed to compensate for the low speed.  With a cable modem connection or DSL the images are really sharp and the video is smooth. With a cable modem connection or DSL the images are really sharp and the video is smooth. At times the Internet is congested and this slows or shuts down the viewer . It also degrades the video images.

Here is a 1 minute clip of the Al & Merrill TV show that was displayed on Maryland cable channel 21. Choose your connection speed or lower.  If you choose higher it will not work.

Note: The information is sent in streams at 2 or more speeds and adjusted at your end to your: modem, ISDN line, cable, etc. Dialup is designed for 28 or 56 kbps, ISDN is 64 or 128 kbps, LAN is 150 kbps, DSL/Cable 256, 384 or 512 kbps. Generally when you receive the stream it is 25% less.  Do not expect at dialup speeds to get fine video. Higher speed connections provide better video.
